Sales Business
Responsibilities:
Nanyang Group is a diversified enterprise with four primary business lines—Nanyang Chemical, Nanyang Fire, Nanyang Food, and Nanyang Media. The objective of this role is to drive sales growth, especially in the fire and chemical departments, by increasing sales numbers, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new clients for long-term success.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain good relation with current clients, attract new clients, and deliver high-quality services.
- Assess market trends, provide suggestions, and adjust marketing strategies.
- Verify the content of contracts, make sure the order is executed smoothly, and monitor delivery and payment.
- In charge of after-sales support and order follow-up for customers to guarantee satisfaction.
- Resolve material quality problems and open up new markets and business prospects.
Requirements:
- Mandarin proficiency is a MUST (listening, reading, writing/typing, speaking)
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any field, having experience within the industry is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and willing to learn
- Maintain a professional appearance
