About Company:
The Nanyang Group (an international Chinese company) is expanding its business because of globalization, and we are currently looking to expand our internal recruitment force. He is mainly Indonesian, is fluent in Chinese, has an extrovert personality, is fast in learning and has relevant experience plus points.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment plan development and implementation:
– In accordance with the company’s human resources needs, assist in the formulation and execution of recruitment plans to ensure the achievement of recruitment objectives.
– Manage recruitment budgets and rationally plan recruitment resources and costs. - Recruitment channel management:
– Expand the talent pool by publishing recruitment information through various channels, including recruitment websites, social platforms (such as LinkedIn), industry events, campus recruitment, etc. - Resume screening and interview scheduling:
– Based on job needs, screen resumes and evaluate candidates.
– Schedule and host interviews to ensure the hiring process is efficient and smooth.
– During the interview, candidates’ abilities, character and suitability are assessed, especially their ability to communicate in Chinese, cultural adaptability and professional background. - Candidate communication and tracking:
– Maintain contact with candidates to inform them of the results of the interview in a timely manner and provide necessary feedback.
– It is responsible for the candidate’s entry process, including signing, medical examination, background check, etc., to ensure the smooth completion. - Recruitment Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Track recruitment progress and analyze recruitment effectiveness, including the effectiveness of recruitment channels, the quality of candidates, etc.
– Report recruitment data to senior managers regularly to provide recommendations for improvement. - Intercultural communication and coordination:
– Between Indonesia and China, we are responsible for cross-cultural recruitment communication, ensuring that cultural differences between the two countries are understood, and helping companies better recruit international talent that meets their needs.
– Assist corporate cultural adaptation and support the induction and integration of foreign employees. - Staff Recruitment Needs Advice and Support:
– Provide recruitment advice and support based on the staffing needs of each department to ensure that the staffing requirements of each division are met on time.
– Assist in writing job ads to ensure job requirements are clear and precise.
Requirements:
- Language proficiency:
– Fluency in Chinese: Ability to communicate writtenly and verbally in Chinese.
– English proficiency: The ability to use English for everyday work and communication, especially when working with international candidates or teams. - Work experience:
– At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience, familiar with recruitment processes and tools, and able to operate recruitment tasks independently.
– Priority is given to those with intercultural work experience or recruitment experience in international enterprises. - Communication and coordination skills:
– He has strong intercultural communication skills and is able to understand and deal with cultural differences between Indonesia and China.
– Excellent interpersonal communication and team collaboration skills, and able to work closely with various departments. - Flexibility and problem solving:
– He can respond flexibly to various challenges in a fast-paced work environment and can efficiently handle unexpected situations in recruitment.
– Equipped with data analysis capabilities, they can optimize the recruitment process based on data. - Passion and knowledge in the field of recruitment:
– He has a strong interest in the recruitment industry and is willing to continuously learn new technologies and tools and maintain a keen insight into the recruitment market. - Other requirements:
– Have good organizational skills, responsibility and meticulous working attitude.
– Adaptable to frequent job changes and multitasking.

责任:
1.招聘计划制定与执行:
根据公司人力资源需求,协助制定并执行招聘计划,确保招聘目标的达成。
管理招聘预算,合理规划招聘资源和成本。
2.招聘渠道管理:
通过多种渠道发布招聘信息,包括招聘网站、社交平台(如LinkedIn)、行业活动、校园招聘等,拓展人才库。
3.简历筛选与面试安排:
根据岗位需求,筛选简历并评估候选人资格。
安排并主持面试,确保招聘流程高效顺畅。
在面试中,评估候选人的能力、性格和适配性,尤其是中文沟通能力、文化适应能力及专业背景。
4.候选人沟通与跟踪:
与候选人保持联系,及时告知面试结果,并提供必要的反馈。
负责候选人入职流程,包括签约、体检、背景调查等,确保顺利完成。
5.招聘数据分析与报告:
跟踪招聘进度,并分析招聘效果,包括招聘渠道效果、候选人质量等。
定期向上级汇报招聘数据,提供改进建议。
6.跨文化沟通与协调:
在印尼和中国之间,负责跨文化的招聘沟通,确保理解两国文化差异,帮助公司更好地招聘到符合公司需求的国际化人才。
协助公司文化适应,支持外国员工的入职培训与融入。
7.员工招聘需求咨询与支持:
根据各部门的人员需求,提供招聘建议和支持,确保按时满足各部门的人员需求。
协助编写招聘广告,确保职位要求清晰、精准。
要求:
1.语言能力:
中文流利:能够熟练使用中文进行书面和口头沟通。
英语能力:能够使用英语进行日常工作和沟通,尤其是与国际候选人或团队合作时。
2.工作经验:
至少有1-2年招聘经验,熟悉招聘流程和工具,能够独立操作招聘任务。
有跨文化工作经验或国际化企业招聘经验者优先。
3.沟通协调能力:
具备较强的跨文化沟通能力,能够理解并处理印尼和中国之间的文化差异。
优秀的人际沟通能力和团队协作能力,能够与各部门紧密合作。
4.灵活应变和解决问题能力:
能在快节奏的工作环境中灵活应对各类挑战,能高效处理招聘中的突发情况。
具备数据分析能力,能够根据数据优化招聘流程。
5.对招聘领域的热情和知识:
对招聘行业有浓厚的兴趣,愿意不断学习新技术、新工具,保持对招聘市场的敏锐洞察。
6.其他要求:
